About Tausha
Tausha is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker providing therapy for adolescents ages 16 and older and adults, as well as families and groups. She specializes in working with individuals experiencing substance use concerns, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, personality disorders, psychosis and schizoaffective disorder, as well as challenges related to involvement with the legal system.
Tausha utilizes a variety of therapeutic approaches including Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and harm-reduction approaches. Her style is authentic, down-to-earth, and relational, with an emphasis on understanding each client within the context of their relationships, community, culture, and individual life experiences.
Tausha also brings a unique cross-cultural perspective to her clinical work after spending eight years living and working as a social worker in Haiti. That experience strengthened her understanding of resilience, survival, systemic barriers, and culturally grounded care. Tausha strives to meet clients where they are while creating a collaborative space for healing, growth, and meaningful change.
